Images frame text. They make massive differences not only in contextualization but in readership. People gravitate towards images.
With so many readily available, it's hard to find the perfect one, let alone be sure you can lawfully use it. This is where I come in -- my background in sourcing images for publications helps keep me up to date on aesthetic trends and usage laws.
For my work in journalism and editorial, I had to get very familiar with photojournalism, and its ethics. Taking shots of events, vulnerable people, breaking news and sports, as well as promos were all part of the job.
